Deluxe Global Market Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Deluxe Global Market, our aim is to ensure complete satisfaction. We understand that occasionally you may need to return or exchange a product, and we've created this policy to facilitate the process.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • The purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

4. Non-refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Items on sale or clearance

5. Partial Refunds

There are certain scenarios where only partial refunds might be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There might be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@deluxeglobalmarket.com.

8. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product due to damage or defect, send us an email at contact@deluxeglobalmarket.com, and we'll guide you through the process.

9. Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to:  6332 W Higgins Ave, Chicago, IL 60630. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
